Plugin not working – Uploaded file is not allowed for file type

Hello,
I still can’t figure out how to get this plugin to work. It says “Uploaded file is not allowed for file type.” I would like to be able to upload multiple jpeg and pdf files. Its the contact form at the bottom of the page.

Is there a way I can send you screenshots?
