Plugin not working to hide products on State

Did you read the FAQ?

This plugin utilizes the IP address of the visitor to obtain location information. If this IP is somehow blocked or is unknown, there is no way for this plugin to know which country the visitor is from. Also this plugin may not show expected results if you have a caching plugin.

yes I read the FAQ, with help of WordPress Support team, we have uploaded the all dat files IP address, we also cross check the IP address not blank.

The issue we are facing is product will show to all location else none one. Do want us any check any additional things for this.

And you understand that by using “show”, it means it will hide from all other locations other than the location you selected to show correct?

And did you check for cache on site level or hosting/server level?

@royho, Yes I understand the show functions, I want show in only that state, however it not showing on that locations and there no cache plugin on site, cross checked WP support team also.

Not just cache plugin. I said you could also have server side caching.

We are using WP server, it has built in cache on server side. It means the plugin doesn’t work on WP server right?

Yes unfortunately when caching is involved, the server will usually serve up the cached version of the product disregarding the location rules. I haven’t found a way to get around that at this time.
