We recently moved our clents website to a new hosting plan. When we first moved it a bunch of coding showed up where the include me short code should be. 24 hours after the move the includeme files showed up but for some reason they are stuck. The website is a radio station website and the includeme shortcode is displayed on 2 pages that have 2 different .php files.

On the home page it should display whats playing and coming up next

on the other page it displayed the previously played list.

The only thing that changed was the DNS settings.

for some reason it is stuck even when you clear the internet cache, website theme cache, or refresh the page. Is there a reason why it won’t update the information?

Hi, what do you mean with “they are stuck”? The file are included or not?

    Sorry for the late response,

Stuck in terms that the information will not change. Every time the page is refreshed after the song changes, it should show the updated info, but it’s not update.

I don’t know if the plugin and the .php files are not talking to each other or if it is something wrong with the files itself.

    The website is radiofreeminturn.org

On the home page it’s everthing under the Now Playing and if you click the hear more button it is the Previously Played.

Hi, the plugin just include a file, if the content does not update can be due to a caching plugin or something wrong in the included content. How are you including the external resource? Is an executed php script or a page displayed using an iframe?

    They are .php files.

So check those files, probably they are extracting the data from the wrong place. _If they use a domain to reach to remote data, check if that domain is referencing the correct ip on the server PHP is running.
Disable the page cache in the new blog, if present, and check if you have a server level page cache/cdn.
