• Hi everyone,

I’m having an issue with a plugin that works perfectly on my staging environment, whether I’m logged in or not. However, when I moved to the live server, the plugin stopped working.

At first, I thought it might be caused by WP Rocket, but even after following the documentation and trying different settings, nothing changed. I also tried disabling and uninstalling WP Rocket, but the issue persists.

Interestingly, the plugin works when I am logged in as an administrator and the “Force Geolocation” option is enabled, but if I switch to incognito mode, it stops working.

The website is running WooCommerce and has multiple plugins installed. Could this be a known conflict with another plugin?

I’ve tested this on Firefox, Brave, and Arc, and the issue is consistent across all browsers.

Does anyone have any ideas on what could be causing this? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    Thanks in advance!

    Hello,
I’m sorry to hear you’re experiencing this issue. It sounds like a plugin or theme conflict. To identify the root of the problem, please follow these troubleshooting steps. Make sure to back up your site before you begin:

    1. Switch to a Default Theme: Activate a standard WordPress theme (e.g.,?Twenty Twenty-One ). Does the issue persist?
    2. Deactivate All Plugins: Disable all plugins except WooCommerce and CBR, then check if the issue is resolved.
    3. Identify the Offending Plugin: Reactivate plugins one-by-one, checking for the issue each time. This will pinpoint the conflicting plugin.

    Thanks
