Plugin not working, plus I’ve got a bad customer experience from them.

I have been trying to “use+ the free version of this plugin for a while.
Got frozen every time.Somebody told me to buy the premium version, as it will solve my problem.
Shure. Paid for it.
Started the restore process, and after waiting for15 minutes what did I get?
An error. That the plugin can’t upload my backup file.I canceled my subscription as a company and requested a refund.
I followed the entire documentation during the install process and searched for any solutions regarding my problem. But nothing.Within 24 hours I got an answer from them. The refund is not automatic, and It is to their discretion to decide that.
I think I won’t pay a dime to them in the future, and I don’t think they still can convince me to use their plugin
