    Hello, So I just found this plugin, tested it (all good). Spent countless hours on integrating it on my website. Then BAMM. Checkout page no longer exists, hits a 404 page. HOW TO FIX????

    Hi @matwivsky ,

    Thank you for reaching out, and I’m sorry to learn of the difficulties.

    Have you already associated your Event Tickets with an eCommerce solution (either Tickets Commerce or WooCommerce – if you have Event Tickets Plus) and connected it to a payment gateway (i.e. PayPal, Stripe, etc.)?

    If you are using Tickets Commerce, I would also advise checking the configuration in Tickets -> Settings -> Payments (tab) -> Pages Configuration (section), making sure that the Checkout page and Success page are valid pages with the appropriate shortcode on them.

    Please feel free to let me know how you go or if you have further questions/concerns.

    Hello and thank you for the fast response. I did find what happened – I believe I installed woocommerce after installing events tickets and for whatever reason, the default checkout and success pages on the settings page got reset to requiring a selection. So good news, all works again!!
