Plugin Not Working Or Getting Stuck

  • Hi,

    I’m getting stuck on 20-30% whenever updating a feed.

    When I try to create a new feed it says “Feed Config Created Successfully.” but I do not see the new feed either. So what is the issue with my copy of the plugin? Its using the latest 5.4.13 version.

    Even the Status is perfect so no issue on the status page in the plugin. How do I proceed and fix?

    Thanks for reaching us.

    First, would you mind checking if the previous version is working or not. Please, rollback to the previous version and try generating the feed.

    However, if you are still unable to create a feed, please, reach us with the system status. Go to CTX Feed > Status > Copy and paste status here.

    Also, make sure to keep the debug mode enable so the error log could collect the error logs.
