Plugin not working on WPMU, Settings unavailable

When I visit setting page

You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.I am running latest WordPress but I enabled MU to run multiple WP sites on one domain.
Can you suggest me how to fix this problem. Thanks you for your support and great work.
