• Hi,

Several weeks ago the AWS plugin on our production server stopped working claiming the AWS credentials were invalid (Verify that your AWS credentials are accurate).

I did the usual stuff of creating a new role with the most up to date policy I could find, tested the same user by loggin in with username/password to get to Polly and tested that it works perfectly. The credentials for that user (access/secret) work fine on our staging server, but not on my production server.

From what I can tell, the plugin on production just doesn’t actually make it to AWS, but I’m unsure what the best way is to test it or to find a log with connection details. Primary use is for Alexa.

Any more troubleshooting tips? I’ve fully removed the plugin and reinstalled it but I’m out of ideas now.

    Thanks!

    Hi,
What I would suggest is to:
    1. Make sure that WordPress debug is turned on (you should be able to google it)
    2. Enable logging in the plugin (there is configuration option for that).

Based on this, then logs file will be generated (usually to debug.log file) – in which you should find information about errors (if there where). I would start from this to be honest.

    Cheers,
    Tomasz
