    The Google Listing plugin isn’t working with my site. Its loading continuously. I’m unable to find any help. Please help me out for this.

    1. Navigate to WooCommerce > Status > Logs.
    2. In the top right corner, find the drop-down menu.
    3. Search for keywords like “fatal” and “Google.”
    4. This will display relevant logs. Click ‘View’ for each log you find.
    5. You can then copy and paste them here or use a text-sharing app like https://gist.github.com/.

    I have reviewed the logs, it appears there is a 401 HTTP response error.
    This typically indicates a problem with the authentication credentials. To address this, it would be important to check if the Google Account used has the required permissions to link with the Google Merchant Center.

    Please verify the account permissions and ensure that the correct Google Account is connected with the necessary access rights. Additionally, please check if any restrictions on the Google Account might be preventing a successful connection.

    I will also recommend disconnecting the Google account and connecting it again. This might fix the connection issue between Google Listings & Ads and Google Merchant Center

    Once you have tried these steps, if the issue persists, please get back to us with this information, and we will continue to work with you to resolve the issue.

    There is still the same issue that plugin is not working on my site now and we are not be able to update any changes as it is not loading the setting to edit anything.

    Hi

    Yes, we tried many times with deactivating and activating and before to connect with you again i removed and install it again but it didn’t work.

    Also, we checked other plugins by deactivating and nothing worked. Please check this and let me know what to do?
