Plugin not working in Sweden Users(Asking Again)

(Please see: I’m not using the pro plugin so stop asking to contact you on the website.
And stop marking the threads resolved when nothing actually has been resolved.)

The plugin works fine for me( I live in India) but my friend who lives in Sweden, the plugin is not working. He is not seeing the starting option “Select a service”. He has tested it on 10 phones and different laptops and all devices are having this problem. I am facing this problem from yesterday after updating the plugin. I also updated my wordpress version yesterday so I thought maybe the plugin is not compatible with wordpress latest version so I rolled backed the wordpress version and the problem is still there.
Please help..
