Plugin not working in IE8

Hi, The share buttons are not visible in the IE 8 browser. There seems an JS error which says : SCRIPT438: Object doesn’t support property or method ‘getElementsByClassName’
opensocialshare.js, line 2 character 13624Could you please make this compatible in IE8 browser.
