Plugin not working in Elementor

    I’m using Elementor to build my pages.
    – I can add the “Basic Gallery” widget to my page;
    – I can start the dialogue to select the pictures;
    – I find the Photonic link on the left hand side;
    – I can choose “flicke” and enter the relevant information like user_id and Album ID (Photoset ID)/Gallery ID;
    – but after clicking on “Insert into Post” no shortcode gets inserted to the post/page.

    Any ideas?

    I don’t use Elementor, hence I cannot comment on how it exactly manages the editor – if it replaces the standard editor with its own, then is is likely that the insertion will fail. However, what you can try is this:

    1. In the last screen, right before it says “Insert into Post”, you will see the generated shortcode.
    2. Copy that shortcode, and instead of clicking “Insert into Post”, close the Photonic window.
    3. Paste the shortcode into whatever Elementor box you were trying to insert the shortcode.

    I’d like to request a feature where we can have a Photonic widget appear in the Elementor page builder so we can drag and drop that into a page. I love the plugin and I think a lot of people would make use of such a feature.
