Plugin not working in categories

It seems that on my website the plugin does not work in categories.
I don’t understand why, while it works perfectly elsewhere.

In categories the loading image keeps spinning, the plugins doesn’t display anything at all, despite some prodcuts should be found.
It’s the same in every category.

Am i doing something wrong ? Any idea to solve this ?
