We have been successfully using the plugin to send our WordPress forms, but recently we’ve been receiving informations from our users, that Reset Password Form is not working. When trying to reset password following error is displayed:

The e-mail could not be sent.
Possible reason: your host may have disabled the mail() function...

Hi, have you spoken to your host about this above error message?

    Hi, not yet.

I assumed it has something to do with the plugin, because when setting option “Mailer” to “Use the PHP mail() function to send emails” everything seems to be working just fine with sending.

Unfortunately messages sent that way are not always coming through, that’s why we opted for SMTP.

All other e-mails are sent correctly. It just happens, that messages from this form are being blocked.

    Hi,

All other e-mails are sent correctly. It just happens, that messages from this form are being blocked.

Our plugin does not control whether the password reset feature in your site works or not. I suspect there might be a conflict with a plugin preventing the password reset feature from working as expected.

Let me know how you go.

    Thank you

    Hi, is your issue resolved?

    Regards
