    Hey @primaryjane,

Thanks for reaching out here! I wasn’t able to replicate the same error on my local site so I suspect this could be a conflict with another plugin or your theme.

Could you please try deactivating all other plugins and switching to a default theme like Twenty Seventeen? If you no longer see the issue, please re-activate plugins one-by-one until you find the one causing this error.

Once you know which plugin is responsible, I’ll be happy to take a look to see if WooCommerce Customizer can do anything to avoid the error.

    Thanks,
    Tamara

Thanks for the reply. Is there a way to deactivate the plugins without it being live? I have customers ordering constantly so I can’t afford the website to be down at all. Why do I need to switch the theme as well?
    Thanks!

    Hey @primaryjane,

I would recommend creating a staging site in order to disable the theme and plugins without disrupting your live site. If your hosting provider doesn’t provide this feature, you can use a plugin like WP Staging to create a staging site quickly.

Occasionally themes do include code which could interfere with other plugins so it’s always a good idea to rule out a theme conflict by quickly switching to a default theme. I understand why merchants may not want to do this on a live store, and this is why staging sites are so handy ??

    Cheers,

    Tamara
