Plugin not working correctly on mobile

Hi, I have bought your premium plugin with order #5124 and I have directly emailed you about these issues as well but haven’t received a response. I am facing a couple of issues with the Premium Product Gallery for Woocommerce plugin. All the issues I am mentioning below are on mobile only, plugin works fine on desktop –

1) Sometimes the video just doesn’t work on mobile no matter how many times you click the play button and sometimes it works but once the video is played you cannot pause it or swipe right or left on it to change to the previous image. All the youtube buttons stop working as soon as you play the video.

2) On mobile the arrows on slider are hidden by default and only show up when you click on an image, I want them to show at all times.
