Plugin not working correctly

I’m using snsvicky template, which Your plugin is part of,
Well maybe its working correctly but if so i miss some functionalites, first i wanted to make custom link in header, i created my walker which is generating url eactly like in the widgets. But it seems when I enter this url or even reaload page when using filters on shop page everything querries wrong. It should display all attributes and select active and filter products but insted of it, whole products are filtered before displaying page and widgets show only not empty attr (i have 4 categories and when i select 1, on reload 3 others disappear cuz they are empty [i think so]).
