Plugin Not Working – Can not Connect to constant contact

Can you elaborate on in what ways you’re expecting vs what you’re seeing? Are you able to get your WordPress dashboard connected to your account when visiting https://katyarearunningclub.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wc-settings&tab=cc_woo ?

A lot of functionality around the plugin comes from your constantcontact.com dashboard and being able to pull in WooCommerce product information into a new newsletter/email blast that is being planned. Are you not seeing the ability to pull in that information into a new email?

See I connected to constant contact through the plugin and lists also created but the records from woocommerce are not being stored in constant contact.

I request you to update the plugin with latest wordpress version as soon as possible. or help me to resolve the issue

To confirm, with this new information, you’re not managing to successfully sync the contacts you have, and also potentially customers who opt in at checkout, are also not successfully getting sync’d?

I have followed your guide and tried to synchronise as per that. Can you check the issue manually if possible? Or some other kind of support you provide?

One more thing I wanted to know that after synchronisation can I get order details in constant contact? Atleast order status and payment method?

I wouldn’t personally have access to check on any contacts or details about your account myself. We’d need to have you reach out to support on constantcontact.com for that type of access. Best I can suggest regarding that would be checking the list(s) in question to see if users in your WordPress install match up.

I don’t believe we have synchronization of order statuses into the constant contact dashboard, last I knew, so that would still be a detail to check on in the WordPress side. At best, there would be some details regarding abandoned carts that you can reach out to those people about. However, nothing around completed/pending orders, and whatnot.
