Plugin not working as intended.

When I hover over content that should be showing a message, on hover, it isn’t doing anything. Under the settings page, when I hover over ‘WP’, nothing happens.
On inspection, there is an error “Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found)”, and the resource that is failing to load is from qTip2, https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/qtip2/2.2.1//var/www/qtip2/build/tmp/tmp-6564t0090xs/jquery.qtip.min.map.
I’m assuming that whatever CDN this is pulling from, this link is out of date?
TL:DR; Doesn’t work for me.
