Plugin Not Working as expected in Avada Builder

  • Hello,

    I want to use this plugin for a holiday alert box on my website. I have put the shortcode around the code alert box as directed in the directions for the plugin. However, when I leave the default editing page for the Avada Builder page and then preview the website, the end of the short code “[/timed-content-server]” shows up on the website beneath the box. When I go back in to the default editor, the plugin shortcode is surrounded by [fusion_text] and [/fusion_text]. I have tried putting the plugin short code in different spots, like to include the entire container, but each one gives similar issues of showing the shortcode text on the website.

    The URL you have copied is not your website, but the plugin website. If you need assistance, please tell me the URL of the affected website.

    In general: The shortcode of Timed Content can not be used to show or hide page builders elements. It is intended for plain text blocks without any page builder at all.
