    Hi there,

I’ve installed 2 new WordPress sites in the last 2 days and on both I installed Elementor with Unlimited Elements.

When clicking on ‘Widgets’ the page just loads up to a certain point and basically times out, showing no widgets to install. Same with the ‘Background Widgets’ option. The other links seem to work fine.

Tried in both Firefox and Chrome on Mac, and disabled all plugins but Elementor and UE, and still the same result.

This is one of my ‘go to’ plugins so losing this will be an epic disaster for me.

If you need more info, please let me know!

Hi. Maybe in your server you dont have curl extention? Or your firewall blocks the access to our api. You can try to enter this url: api.unlimited-elements.com by pure php in some php page and check if you have access.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the quick reply!

No, all of these sites are on the same server, and a lot even on the same domain. Those which have had UE running in the past, still shows it fine and the plugin works, but on any new site (on the same server) that I try to install it, it just doesn’t work. I’ve even tried copying the content from one of the sites where it’s working to the new site, and nothing changes.

Sorry, I’m not AT ALL a coder, can you please explain how to access that URL via PHP? I’m genuinely stupid when it comes to this.

HI, from another thought, you don’t have to know php in order to test it. I should add this option to test the connection to API to troubleshooting section of the plugin.
can you please write me from the unlimited-elements.com website – support menu, I’ll make this vresion for you with this button and give you to test?
After that will add this version here as well for other customers.
