Plugin not working anymore?!

  • Hi!

    The plugin does not work anymore. I have inactivated the rest of my plugins so it will not get disturbed by anyone.

    To try the plugin on my page press “Fj?drar”, “Silver” and below.

    The url changes like this when I press a filter:
    https://www.thejhstore.se/shop/?pa_ewd_uwcf_colors=fjadrar

    So it seems like it works but nothing changes.
    I have use this before on the same site and it worked great.

    I am using color filter.

    Hi Frida,

    Did you update your WooCommerce to version 3.4.4? We had another similar report from another user. We aren’t experiencing the same issues in any of our testing, so we’re trying to narrow down what specifically about your site, combined with 3.4.4, might be causing the issue. If you downgrade back to the previous version of WooCommerce, do the filters work again?

    Hi!

    Sorry for the late reply. I had to change a lot of my structure and it took some time.

    I have now updated WooCommerce, inactivated all my plugins and this filter color plugin does still not work. There is no other plugin activated but WooCommerce.

    How can I get this plugin work?
