plugin not working and no answer from tickets

Its shamefull!
I bought the plugin on 31thOctober, the plugin didn’t work, I write the very same day a ticket asking for help and today I’m still waitting for an answer!
I have delayed timing with my customer just for this, and still.. with no answer from support.
shamefull.
How do I ask for a refund?
