Plugin not working

  • After WordPress 5.5 update, the plugin stopped working for our site. The complaint/ticket page shows no data it remains blank even after disabling the caching plugin.

    Please resolve the issue.

    Hello @singhvirat,

    There is a js error in your theme. You can see it in the browser’s developer console. Your theme may be not compatible with WordPress 5.5. Please contact your theme developers.
