Plugin not Working

I am trying to override the sidebar on the above page with a new sidebar that just shows recent posts within a category simply titled “Blog”. I created a new Custom Sidebar, I set the location to For all Single Entries matching selected criteria > As Blog Sidebar for selected categories > Blog, as well as As Blog Sidebar for selected Archive Types > Post Index, and As Blog Sidebar for selected Category Archives > Blog. It still doesn’t appear. I am using the most updated versions of WordPress and the Avada theme and the plugin.
