• Hi Printify,
It seems after some trial and error I have WooCommerce connected to Printify.
There are a number of issues.
I followed the instructions on your knowledgbase. I checked the legacy api box in Woo, and installed the plugin for shipping(which this plugin is for).

I can create a product in Printify, and publish it to my Woo Site – but it doesn’t send the mockups to the product, it also marks the product as out of stock, the mockups land in my WordPress Media folder, sometimes it only pushes 1 mockup when there should be multiple, other times it sends all the mockups.

This seems to be a broken intigration – connecting WooCommerce to Printify….

It’s a new install of WordPress today, 7/30/2020 and new install of WooCommerce today.

I’m using the latest PHP version, and was looking forward to getting rolling with Printify on WordPress – I’ve used it on Etsy and Shopify but I’m now quite leary about using Printify with WooCommerce.

Why aren’t my mockups getting pushed to the product Printify creates?
Why does Printify’s web intereface say “sorry we couldn’t publish this product, please try again” – yet the product shows up in Woo – as out of stock, and with no mockups….

Thought this would be semi simple. I don’t know how to contact anyone at Printify as there’s no contact form I can find, and no phone support.

I like your service, seem to be selling some products of yours on Etsy, but am getting frustrated.

Was planning to use a Woo Intigration to push and manage Amazon FBM listings, and move to FBA with you and 1 supplier you have. Need this fixed so I can test all this and get my listings up on Amazon – need them working on WooCommerce to make the thing work.

Hope I can learn how to get some support and make this work. How does one reach out to you?

When is the Woo intigration going to be worked on and improved?

Wordpress blows Shopify out of the water for real marketers and sellers. A shame to see lackluster support for WordPress.

    UPDATE:
I played with WordPress & some things all night.
Seems I have things working correctly now.
Problem was a number of WordPress caching plugins.
Specifically W3 Total Cache, and some other stuff, not sure exactly, but can now copy Printify listings from other platforms to WordPress/Woo successfully.

Anyway, long story short – caching plugins caused problems. Or maybe it was an image optimizer plugin like EWWW Image Optimizer….

No idea…. At least it’s working.

    Hi there!

I realize I’m a bit late to the party, but thank you for following up with the resolution – W3 Total Cache (and in general caching, sometimes SEO or DTN plugins) have indeed been known to cause issues when it comes to our publishing processes.

Glad to hear it’s working now!

    Best regards,
    Alex
