Plugin not working

  • Hi, I have this plugin enabled on my contact form 7 but it’s not working. When I test the form it just says “Thank you your message has been sent” and there is no summary page to print. I have the latest version of WordPress. Is this plugin not compatible with the latest version or something? Please help. This is the URL: https://northridgefix.com/test/mail-in/
