Plugin not working

  • Hi, first of all the instructions under form action URL seems outdated. Maichimp does not look like that and no longer has lists. I think you are referring to Audience?

    Secondly, I have followed the steps and put in a shortcode and tested it, but it does not seem to work.

    Is there supposed to be a success message?

    After I enter the required fields and press sign up, no message is shown, but at the bottom of the page a new sign up box appears.

    Please advise how to resolve this.

    Thanks for letting us know. We’re actually in the process of completely rewriting the plugin code, going for version 2.0. The instructions will be up to date there, but we’ll probably do an update this week to the current version to fix that.

    I don’t see the form on that page at the moment (seems to have been replaced by Mailchimp for WP plugin). Can you add the Optin Forms shortcode on some new temporary page and send over the URL where I can check it out.
