Plugin Not Working

  • Hello,

    There have been significant issues with the plugin since the last two updates. The update prior to v4.0.1 completely disabled voice files for English language and the latest update for v4.0.1 broke our site.

    Can someone help us understand why are such errors coming in and by when can we expect a stable update that works?

    I’m very sorry for that. A question. Did you try to complete remove the plugin – and only then install new version?

    HI @tstachlewski,

    Thank you for your revert.

    No we just updated it because the update action was showing in our WP Admin panel. We really want this to work because it’s a central feature for our news site. Is there any way we can get a stable version where both the neural TTS and translation works without any hitch please?

    Hi,
    I would advice to remove the plugin completely and then install it again.
