    New installation on WordPress 5.2.4 with WooCommerce 3.7.1

    Plugin does not seem to work at all. Settings all appear OK.

    Cannot send test email, abandoned carts are not tracked when we try to test.

    Ideas ?

    Hello @oncoursegoggles,

    Have you installed any SMTP plugin? As to send emails, you need to install and activate any SMTP plugin. e.g., WP Mail SMTP

    After installing the SMTP plugin, you need to configure the email setting in the same plugin. Then you will able to send emails.

    Talking about abandoned carts are not tracking,
    Have you disabled cron from your side? If yes, you need to set an external cron from Cpanel.
