Plugin not working

We have used this plugin around 1 month and its working fine.
But today its not working in my site, its occurred error(HTTP ERROR 500).
In this plugin, you have used this url https://wpsubdomain.com/integrate.php for create the sub-domain and now your site(https://wpsubdomain.com/) not running.
Please check it.
