    Hi,

My website buzzmunky.com uses content pilot.
I have entered the correct YouTube API key.
However, each time I do a test, it failed.
I keep changing the keywords, adding, removing keywords, but no matter what I do, the test fails.
    Please help.

    Thanks,

  • Dear @atomicbong,
We have tested the issue thoroughly and the plugin works fine. I believe that your problem is due to the YouTube API key. When did you create the YouTube API key? I am suggesting you create a new YouTube API key and try again. If changing the API key with a fresh one does not work then please let us know. Thanks a lot.

    Hi,

I tried it with a new YouTube key. But still getting the same issue.

    Thanks,

    Dear @atomicbong,
This is really an unfortunate case. Did you regenerate the YouTube API key or create a new one? What about the other campaigns, do you have any problem with them? Did you try our demo site?

We want to help you but under the current situation, we really do not have much to offer. Please visit our site and connect with us from there. We need temporary access to your admin dashboard to inspect the problem and offer a solution. Thanks a lot.
