Plugin not working

    I would need this sooo badly, but although I activated the plugin and the popup in the settings, I don’t get the popup asking me whether I want to change all my subscriptions and so they are not changed. ??

    You’re using “Simple subscription” product?

    I know it’s annoying, but it’s possible to send me your site and login credentials or a clone of your WordPress install (with Duplicator plugin), so i can take a look? I can’t figure on my machine why it’s not working, sorry.
