Plugin not working

  • Hello,

    I have installed the plugin and set the Selector to a[href*=#]:not([href=#]), enabled the WordPress Menu Links and set the offset to #masthead. The link works but does not offset. I have also tried a pixel offset but this did not work either.

    I have checked for a plugin clash but again this did not resolve the issue I am having. Do you have any advice?

    Hello,

    I can’t check your page because it’s in maintenance mode for me.

    Try enabling “Prevent other scripts from handling plugin’s links” option in plugin settings to see if this solves the issue.

    Thanks, I have enabled it but it hasn’t helped. The site is out of maintenance now.

    Your problem is that scroll don′t stop when your mark?

    I have the same problem, but in mobile is work. No?

    Hello again,

    I just checked your site and the issue is that you don’t have a PMBP target in your page. You only have an anchor point with the name attribute set to PMBP.

    “Page scroll to id” requires targets with an id attribute (not name).

    You just need to create the target using plugin’s buttons or shortcodes and remove the named anchor.
