Plugin not working???

    Hello,

    I installed plugin, set up the gift categories, giftable product etc. However when I add products over 99.99 PLN (polish currency PLN = z? ), it shows me the “pick your free gift” carousel, however there is no “add to cart” button or whatsoever, and when I click on the picture of the giftable item in the cart, it redirects me to it’s product page, then when I add it to cart, it charges me it’s price. I do not get it, how is the plugin supposed to work? Couldn’t find any more specific guide or screenshots from the cart itself, so I am not sure if I am doing something wrong.

    Well, I have read through the other topics, seems like I am missing “add to cart” button for gifts in my cart, am I right? Could someone please upload any photo of cart with properly working plugin as there is no screenshot anywhere on the website/google?

    Hi @kukiman, you could try:
    1. Different theme (StoreFront theme) to see is it working then
    2. Try to disable plugins and try
    3. Notice: Dont Cache cart, checkout pages

    – Giftable doesnt support auto Add to Cart, so other plugins could cause conflicts

    I experience the same issue. My setup:
    – gift category with min amount condition
    – 4 products added to gift category: 2 giftable variations and 2 gift products.

    Results:
    – on the Cart page gift carousel properly shows 4 products
    – there are no Add to Cart buttons, only Select Options buttons
    – after entering gift product, price shown is 0.00 and there is no Add to Cart button
    – after entering giftable variation product it shows variations with Add to Cart, after adding the giftable variation it is added to the Cart as regular/variable product (together with its price).

    Hi @szelu77, please create new support topic, create video to show your issues.
    – please create video showcase of your problem.

    @kukiman Im not saying you need to permanent change template, but you need to check does it work with different theme – if its working, then its something with theme.

    I resolved this – plugin “The GDPR Framework” conflicted with Giftable.
