Plugin not working

    You can already find two identical articles at the top: 1 & 2/

    I’ll take a look at it, but so far I have no (no no no no no…) idea what could be the cause.

    But I think its another plugin, because only the “appstore” in the shortcode is not recognized. But there was no update, so there must be something else that causes problems. Did you tried to disable all (or recently updated) plugins? Or do you have a list of installed plugins and their versions (you can find it in the error log of WP-Appbox)?

    Yes, already read that threads, but in both cases, they didn’t got any help.

    It’s kinda ironical you send me to check that threads when you know that there isn’t any solution or clue or at least an intent to help in both of them. Thanks anyway.

    It is also simply helpful to open new threads for the same problems. ??

    But since you ignored my approach to a potential solution (or containment), I can’t do anything but observe it. It is only partially possible to correct an error that is currently occurring with a handful of users and that I cannot reproduce…

    Thanks, your with your help the plugin is working again #NOT.

    You can close/delete this thread, is pretty useless.
