Plugin not working

For some reason it is not working. I am sure it was in the past. Not sure if an update or something broke this. I have tried with and without cache, and with cache and different settings but nothing works.

I have two shortcodes.

1) Show banner is us visitor = yes

2) Show banner is us visitor no

It always shows the latter. I have had colleagues in the US test, and have tested over a VPN but for some reason it isn’t working.

You can see by testing the two red banners on https://sextoysutra.co.uk/contact/ one near top and one at the top of the sidebar. Any ideas?
