If the API Key and App Name have been entered correctly, things should be working. Can you share your form code?

    <h2>Free Consultation</h2>
    <p>[text* infusionsoft-first-name placeholder “First Name”]</p>
    <p>[text* infusionsoft-last-name placeholder “Last Name”]</p>
    <p>[text* infusionsoft-email placeholder “Email”]</p>
    <p>[text infusionsoft-phone placeholder "Phone"]</p>
    <p>[textarea infusionsoft-notes placeholder “Your project needs”]</p>
    [submit “Contact us”]</p>

Mail and infusion soft tags tabs are empty

The link i am testing. Second form on this page…

    https://lp.vensaiinc.com/

The bottom form form FREE CONSULTATION. I get the error Failed to send your message. Please try later or contact the administrator by another method in red box

WordPress 4.4.2 and it acts like my key is being ignored. I have checked it 3 times now along with the app name.

That’s not one of the errors that comes from the InfusionSoft plugin. Can you de-activate the InfusionSoft plugin and try submitting a basic contact form? I want to see if Contact Form 7 is even sending things properly.

I got it to work, the template came with a contact form that was already created. I just created a new form now that the plugin is enabled and its working fine.

So helpful info, always create a new form once the plugin is enabled. Never edit a form that was created prior to the plugin install.
