plugin not working

Hello,
I installed your plugin but it’s not working. My gallery is created via a ‘portfolio’ section + another part of it is created with a WP visual composer. Can you help? I’ll appreciate come advice about how to make your plugin work. The theme I am using (which has the visual composer, portfolio grids etc is this theme here: https://demo.az-themes.com/alice and you can see the grid section here https://demo.az-themes.com/alice/portfolio-grid/
