Hi there have installed your plugin to my website but unfortunately an error is showing up when I try to activate it. Error will follow on the next line.

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STATIC in D:\inetpub\wwwroot\findinganswers.tv\html\Test\wp-content\plugins\wp-theater\wp-theater.php on line 143

if that could be fixed would be very much appreciated.

The plugin requires PHP 5.3.0 or later. Please check with your hosting provider about upgrading.

You should have received an admin notice upon activation which states this requirement (+ the T_STATIC error notice). Does that not happen?

    Hi there,

thanks for your reply, will have a chat with my provider to find out what version we are using on my end.

No an admin notice wasn’t provided, I do get the above error on the admin panel.

    Kind regards

Thanks for reporting that. I fixed PHP version notice for the next version.
