    Check the link attached. product fields are enabled for the order . after order received data entered by the user is not receivig on woocomerce orders page and email.

    Thank you for contacting us.

    The fields our plugin adds are saved to the Cart when the user clicks the “Add to Cart” button. WooCommerce then reloads the page and the fields are saved. I guess that “AJAX add to Cart” is enabled. This is not the default WooCommerce mechanism (it skips page reload) so our plugin will not work as it should.

    Please check if the website template has “AJAX add to Cart” enabled. If the template uses it, then the option to disable it should be in the template settings.
