    i configured all well and the API Connection Status show OK
    but on the checkout page no matter what address i input the live rates don’t work.
    it always show’s

    Hi,

    Have you checked “Enable FedEx Global Shipping Method”?
    If not, check this option.
    If so, enable debug mode and as an administrator you will be able to see the requests and responses on the checkout page. Please paste your request and response here.
