plugin not working

Hi.
I have installed the plugin. But for some reason there may be a conflict in the cms? I am not sure what. But when I input the old url links to update e.g. https://www.churchesfire.com/our-company/accreditations-and-memberships/ to update all links to this page: https://www.churchesfire.com/accreditations-and-memberships/ I get an error message.

Hi, it looks like the developers of this plugin are not going to update the plugin anymore. However, the good news is that this plugin has been forked. Use the following link to use the forked version.
