    Hi the chat icon does not appear on the website
    I have selected all pages to display the chat icon including home page
    Please advice thanks

    Hi,

    it seems like currently the plugin is not active ?

    If its already active, it might be some conflict with other plugin or server cache.

    please clear the cache and test.
    if still an issue, please share the active theme, plugins list.
