Plugin Not working

    I am running the most up to date plugin on woo-commerce 5.3.0 with a themify which are both up to date.

    I am using the conditional rule. If one of the product categories within the cart then hide Free shipping.

    Seems the plugin is not working at all. I have tried the default options but no response.

    1. Hide all other shipping method and when “Free Shipping” available on the cart page
    2. Hide all other shipping method and when “Free Shipping” and “Local Pickup” available on the cart page

    I have also tried running this on other browsers as suggested and cleared cache but still nothing.

    Thanks for reaching out to us and for sharing the screenshots with us.

    Yes, all your settings are correct and it should work for you as that is our default plugin features and also the same settings working at our server.

    It might be possible that your current theme overriding our plugin files and not working properly or maybe another plugin conflicting.

    Can you please review our common guide to check that if there is a compatibility issue or not?
