The issues is a bit complicated.
    1. We have a specific product (Price$450) set to free shipping to HK only.
    2. We set a shipping zone for China, it only contain “Weight base shipping”
    3. When “old customer” buy the specific product (Price$450) and ship to China, the $50 fee will add to the order, the total amount $500 will shown on Checkout page, after placed order the customer will charged $500, and also the customer will received email with $500 amount, which is normal.
    4. When “new customer” buy the specific product (Price$450) and ship to China, the $50 fee will add to the order, the total amount $500 will shown on Checkout page too, however, after placed order the customer will charged $450 only , and the customer will received email with $450 only, and this is the issue.

When have no idea for when happen, could you please advise how to fix it? Thanks

Thank you for the detailed description.

This plugin doesn’t control much actually. It does only provide to WooCommerce what shipping options to display. So, the issue doesn’t seem to be related to the plugin.

It seems the most easiest way to figure out this is to disable the plugin temporarily and check if it happens with a built-in shipping method, like Flat Rate. With that information it would be easier to understand what’s going on here.

    Thanks for the reply.

Agreed, We had test with the built-in shipping method using Flat Rate and the problem still exist, so we suspect it is the WooCommerce issues itself. So we are seeking for help. However, we can’t get any assistant fro WooCommerce.com Thanks

The first step to nail it down might be disabling all other plugins temporarily. Also, reinstalling WooCommerce and other required plugins might be a good point to make sure their code is not modified accidently.
