plugin not what I installed after update

I have this awesome plugin WP user avatar installed on plenty of websites, great plugin, yet when the updates went through it is something completely different and not what I originally installed so I have to change the solution and all user profile images on a great deal of sites for over 100 users. I would not recommend this plugin based on my experience.
