Plugin not translating

    Somehow the plugin is not translating even though the mo/po files are there. I have tried deleting the files in the plugin directory and reinstalling but that does not help much. WPLANG is set to “zh_TW” in wp-config.php. Are the fields in the DB that I need to clean up? Thanks!
