Plugin not supported?

  • Hi there. I would like to renew my license but I am a little sceptical seeing as though your plugin has not been updated in 8 months and you no longer seem to be responding to questions that quickly. Can you please let me know your status and if you have you moved on to other things.

    No updates in 8 months is quite a long time.

    The plugin is still being supported and developed; mostly fixes and minor new features. No ‘big’ new features are being added. We react faster on the PRO support channel. Not that much on the www.remarpro.com channel.

    OK thanks. In future I will contact you via your site. Is your plugin able to work with the new WC High-Performance Order Storage (HPOS)? Your plugin on a staging site was listed as incompatible, but I have not updated it in a while (but your last update was 8 months ago).
